The Center makes extensive use of computer technology and has computer labs in the three and four year olds, transition and after school classrooms (five labs total). The computers run high quality educational programs (not games) and are used for enrichment and reward (not as baby sitters).
In addition to supplementing the educational aspects of the curriculum, the computers help to develop early hand-eye coordination, build confidence and are just a lot of fun to use. It is really amazing how quickly children can develop computer skills when provided the opportunity.
