Country Sunshine Children's Center

In order to enroll in our facility, you will need to set up an interview with our Director.  During the interview, all aspects of our program will be discussed with you in detail and a tour of the facility will be provided.  You will be given a handbook, application and medical form which should be completed and returned, along with a $100 registration fee, within five (5) days.

There is an annual non-refundable registration fee of $100.  If you have more than one child attending the Center, only one registration fee is charged annually.
